Lock Graph Implementation

So I got the "lock graph" implemented today. Crosby has also found some cool things about moonlets. I'll have to write that up in more detail later. I also started a Wiki for my research students. I'm optimistic that might make my life easier when it comes to keeping track of what they are doing.
